I saw this girl emerge out of no where at Wimbledon this year, she was the new American on the scene showing some good future hope. But, this US Open she's shown that the future is here upon us, now. She has imposed herself on 3 seeded women & beat them after losing the first set. She has an awesome forehand and is nothing too big about her game, but she's quick, good knowledge of the court, and shows tremendous composure. I'm excited to see how far she can get. After the Williams sisters retire (which won't be soon) she will be the new face of American womens' tennis.
